The volume diffusion of 63Ni in monocrystalline samples of the shape-memory ferromagnetic alloy was investigated at 700 to 1033K. The composition was slightly Ni-rich, and the diffusion direction was perpendicular to the (100) plane. The temperature dependence of the volume diffusion coefficient could be described by:
D (m2/s) = 5.49 x 10-8 exp[-146000/RT]
