The diffusion of 51Cr in single crystals was measured at 750 to 848C. The results could be described by:
D (m2/s) = 2 x 10-5 exp[-163(kJ/mol)/RT]
perpendicular to the c-axis, and by:
D (m2/s) = 2 x 10-5 exp[-153(kJ/mol)/RT]
parallel to the c-axis.
