The diffusivities of B and Fe were measured in samples of bulk Zr46.8Be27.5Ni10Ti8.2Cu7.5 glass which had been relaxed at 553K for up to 0.75y. It was noted that the diffusivities in as-cast and relaxed samples were equal at above 600K while, below 553K, the diffusivities in relaxed samples were appreciably lower than those in as-cast glass (tables 350 and 351). The overall data, for samples relaxed at 533 to 638K, could be described by:

B:     D (m2/s) = 1.8 x 102 exp[-2.56(eV)/kT]

Fe:     D (m2/s) = 2.2 x 106 exp[-3.14(eV)/kT]
