The effects of composition and temperature upon the bulk and grain-boundary diffusivities of 67Ga were studied in Ni-rich samples at 773 to 1373K (tables 6 and 7). The compositions of the alloys were 22.4, 23.8 and 24.8at%Al. It was found that the bulk and grain-boundary diffusivity increased with decreasing Al content over the concentration range studied here.
