The probability distribution density of mutual forces between edge and screw dislocation assemblies was calculated. The distribution was directly related to the internal stress distribution, and could be revealed experimentally by X-ray profiles. By using numerical simulations, the tail of the probability distribution was compared for homogeneous and fractal dislocation arrangements.
