The equilibrium concentration of divacancies in interstitial alloys with cubic lattices was calculated with allowance for the temperature-induced atomic redistribution between two types of interstices. The dependences of the concentration of divacancies on the temperature and composition were found. It was shown that in interstitial alloys, as in pure crystals, it was possible to introduce the binding energy of a divacancy.
