The dose dependence of the creep rate in metals during irradiation was simulated and calculated under various irradiation conditions and at various initial states of a sample before irradiation. Creep was simulated in terms of dislocation glide controlled by dislocation climb with allowance for the ability of a glide dislocation to trap point defects and their small clusters.
