Within the framework of a model of non-interacting interstitial atoms the effect of their temperature redistribution between different interstices on the ordering pattern was investigated in face-centered cubic substitutional-interstitial alloys. It was shown that, due to the interstitial component, ordering was possible even in systems with negative ordering energy. The types of the order-disorder phase transition were studied in terms of the alloy energy parameters.
