In general, numerical determination of T-stresses required careful handling, because of their location in the vicinity of singular points. Discretization methods, such as common finite element methods, might not lead to accurate results. However, the well known technique of using dislocation arrays for determination of stress intensity factors could also be used for determination of T-stresses. Except for a few simple cases, this technique led to a Fredholm equation, that could be solved very accurately. The general method was described and the technique was demonstrated by examples.
