Measurements of p/n junctions were used to deduce the diffusivity of Cu into large-grained Hg0.7Cd0.3Te solid solutions. The results for 200 to 450C (table 2) could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 3.3 x 10-5 exp[-0.28(eV)/kT]
