The structure of A centers in Cl-doped material was determined by making optically detected magnetic resonance investigations of the luminescence band at 1.42eV. The centers had trigonal symmetry, and the factors were g = 2.2 and g = 0.4, assuming an effective spin of S =2. Hyperfine interactions with the nearest Te neighbors were also observed.
