The spin density distribution of the Te vacancy, VTe, was studied by using electron nuclear double resonance methods. Hyperfine interactions of the unpaired electron with 15 shells of Cd and Te neighbors were resolved. It was found that the isotropic Fermi contact interactions ranged from 30 (first-nearest neighbor) to 0.1MHz (15th-nearest neighbor shell).
