The effects of isochronal annealing upon the 77K photoluminescence and the 273K Hall effect of p-type single crystals were studied after irradiation with 2MeV electrons at 77K. It was found that the bombardment produced an increase in the 1.1eV emission band, a reduction in the 1.42eV band and to disappearance of the 1.584eV band. Recovery of the 1.1eV band began at about 100K. The 1.42 and 1.584eV bands began to recover at about 120K; with a second annealing stage at about 320K.
