The results of a numerical solution based upon a model that described the process of accumulation of radiation-induced point defects in metals with impurities were presented. It was established that a twofold increase in the energy of migration of interstitial atoms in Cu with Au impurity resulted in a 40-fold increase in the excess concentration of interstitial atoms.
