A self-consistent dynamics of a dislocation ensemble in the disclination field was analyzed within the kinetic approach. The effective Airy stress functions for the wedge disclination and the disclination dipole were determined with due regard to the screening effect of the system of distributed dislocation charges. The coordinate dependences of the stress tensor components and dislocation charge density for the screened disclination systems were found. The elastic energies of the screened disclination systems were calculated.
