Electric properties of Cu7GeS5I and Cu7SiS5I crystals were studied in a broad temperature (120 to 300K) and frequency (1MHz to 3GHz) range. The ionic conductivity was distinguished from contact effect. The DC conductivity was extracted from experimental results. From this DC conductivity the activation energy was calculated and compared with activation energy obtained from the electrical modulus.
