The problem of determining the stored energy function, elastic energy and energy concentration factor was studied for an elastic anisotropic medium with concentrated loads which corresponded to centres of dilatation or compression. The multipolar expansion method was used to construct an analytical solution. Applications to dislocation theory were suggested.
