The concentration of divacancies formed in Si1−xGex solid solutions under irradiation by fast and slow neutrons was investigated as a function of the Ge content. It was demonstrated that the role of annihilation of primary radiation-induced defects on Ge atoms in the compounds under investigation decreased upon irradiation by fast and slow neutrons.
