The effect of the sintering pressure on the ferromagnetism and electric transport

properties of bulk polycrystalline (In0.8Mo0.05Fe0.15)2O3 was studied. Structural

characterization by powder X-ray diffraction, magnetic and electronic

characterization by magnetometry, and ac transport measurements indicated that

(In0.8Mo0.05Fe0.15)2O3 exhibited an intrinsic ferromagnetism under suitable

fabrication conditions. The ferromagnetism and electronic transport properties of

(In0.8Mo0.05Fe0.15)2O3 could be tuned via the oxygen vacancies in the sample.
