LiMn2O4 thin films were deposited on Au substrates by pulsed laser deposition.
The Li-ion chemical diffusion coefficients of the films, DLi, were measured by
cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic intermittent titration technique, potentiostatic
intermittent titration technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It was
found that the DLi values by cyclic voltammetry and potentiostatic intermittent
titration were of the order of 10−13cm2/s, and those by electrochemical impedance
spectroscopy and galvanostatic intermittent titration technique were in the ranges
of 10−13 to 10−11 and 10−14 to 10−11cm2/s, respectively.
