Grain size and grain boundary misorientations of niobium-doped and undoped

polycrystalline SrTiO3 were investigated as a function of sintering time, in order to clarify conflicting reports about grain growth in this material. The observations

suggested that the prevalence of both low angle grain boundaries and low energy

CSLs were strongly correlated to both abnormal grain growth and sintering time. In

addition, GB roughness as a function of sintering time was investigated.
