Four-point resistivity measurements were used to study diffusion. The diffusion occurred from a vacuum-evaporated Li layer .and the latter was protected from reaction with water vapor. It was estimated that the Li diffusivity at between 300 and 550C could be described by:
D(cm2/s) = 3.8 x 10-3exp[-0.66(eV)/kT]
Previous studies had revealed activation energies ranging from 0.57 to 0.79eV.
