The interaction of equilibrium clusters of straight edge dislocations with a monochromatic sound wave having a non-zero wave vector was investigated taking into account the dislocation mass. A significant increase in the drift velocities of clusters was reported when the sound wave frequency approached a cluster's eigenfrequency. Of practical importance was the increase in the drift velocity observed for clusters with a non-zero topological charge interacting with small frequency sound waves.
