The diffusive behavior of 113Sn was studied at 700 to 925C. The results depended upon the Cd partial pressure, and could be described by:

maximum pressure:     D (cm2/s) = 6.9 x 10-11 exp[-0.38(eV)/kT]

minimum pressure:     D (cm2/s) = 8.3 x 10-2 exp[-2.20(eV)/kT]
