The migration of the isotopes, 115mCd, 114mIn and 125Te, parallel to the optical crystal axis of single crystals was studied by using sectioning and autoradiographic methods. The results were described by:
D(cm2/s) = 1.45 x 10-8 exp[-0.27(eV)/kT]
D(cm2/s) = 6.3 x 10-2 exp[-0.90(eV)/kT]
and
D(cm2/s) = 4 x 10-6 exp[-0.46(eV)/kT]
for Cd, In and Te, respectively.
