It was found that the dissociation of dislocations in the ordered B2-type alloy could explain the configurations of the loops and helices see in quenched samples. The stacking-fault energy was estimated to be between 50 and 70mJ/m2 in the case of an a/8[110](110)-type fault, and 150mJ/m2 in the case of an a/6[111](110)-type fault.
