The atomic structures of the cores of dislocations which formed a [110] tilt boundary, of 10º misorientation, in film samples were characterized by means of focal-series reconstruction. Facets with various inclinations, along the low-angle grain boundary, were accompanied by various types of dislocation. A dislocation with a Burgers vector of a[001] appeared to be of perfect edge type. Those with a Burgers vector of a[1¯11] were dissociated into 3 partials with a Burgers vector of (a/3)[1¯11]; leading to 2 segments of stacking fault. Structural models for these dislocation cores were proposed on the basis of the phase of the reconstructed wave-function.
