The coefficient of self-diffusion in liquid sodium at 127C was determined from data generated by a molecular dynamics study of a system of 686 atoms interacting via the Shyu-Singwi-Tosi potential. From the linear portion of the mean square displacement curve for the system, the coefficient of self-diffusion was found to be 5.87 x 10-5cm2/s.
