Amorphous and liquid Zr67Ni33 samples were investigated. The details of atomic motion in the amorphous and liquid alloys were analyzed by graphing atom trajectories. In the amorphous state, the main motion was thermal vibration. Cooperative jump motion and slow translational motion were minor motions. The microscopic energy distribution and the amplitude of thermal vibration were analyzed.
