Nickel self-diffusion in Ni3Al base alloy containing Cr, Mo, Hf, and a small quantity of B was investigated at 750 to 950C. The self-diffusion characteristics were determined by using the absorption method. A comparison was made with the self-diffusion characteristics in Ni3Al determined at higher temperatures.
