The peculiarities of the diffusion process and changes in long and short order parameters during elastic and plastic deformation by compression and tension near to grain boundaries with a disorientation axis of <111> were studied by the method of molecular dynamics. Whirl displacements of atoms destroying the order near to grain boundary super-dislocations were noticed under uniaxial deformation by compression. The fracture of superstructural and structural order at uniaxial deformation was accompanied by the deformation of amorphous areas. The interdiffusion mechanism changed, depending upon deformation, temperature and boundary type.
