The microstructure, tensile properties at 20 to 950C and creep rupture properties at 700 to 900C in a Ni3Al-Fe based alloy after high-temperature deformation were studied. The results showed that the microstructure of the alloy was composed of γ- and β-phases. The grain size and yield strength of the alloy were stable when the temperature was less than 600C, and it was ductile at high temperatures. The creep of the alloy at 700-900C was controlled by the climbing of dislocations, and the activation energy for creep was 439kJ/mol with a stress exponent of 4.
