The diffusion of Cr3+ in rutile was examined by electron spin resonance spectroscopy. The spectrum could be fitted to the spin Hamiltonian equation and using the Fick equation, the intensity of an electron paramagnetic resonance could be represented. The thermal behavior of the diffusion constant was described by the Arrhenius law.
