The concentration profiles were determined by means of atomic absorption analysis (tables 3 and 4). The data for Co at 1381 to 1556K could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 1.10 x 100exp[-3.98(eV)/kT]
The data for Mn at 1377 to 1563K could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 3.2 x 10-3exp[-2.87(eV)/kT]
