Lithium ion chemical diffusion coefficients in 6LiMn2O4 thin sputtered films (∼2μm) were determined by determining depth profiles of 7Li concentration, following a potential step in 7LiClO4/propylene carbonate solution, by using secondary-ion mass spectrometry. Lithium chemical diffusion coefficient via bulk (Dbulk) and grain boundary diffusion coefficient, normalized by the width (dDgb) were determined to be 1.23 x 10-15m2/s and 6.55 x 10-20m3/s, respectively.
