The Raman spectra of phonons were measured in a single crystal using the 4880 and 5145Å excitations of an argon ion laser. From a group theoretical analysis, three Raman active modes of symmetries A1g, Eg and F2g were expected and observed peaks were assigned to these modes on the basis of the polarization measurements.
