The electrical resistivity of single crystals was measured at 4.2 to 360K. The residual resistance ratio was 450. The resistivity at 300K was 8.90 x 10-6Ώcm. The data were analysed in terms of the scattering of electrons by polar optical phonons in addition to scattering by acoustic phonons and impurities. The temperature dependence of the resistivity was explained well by this model for the temperature range used, taking the Debye and Einstein temperatures to be 245 and 920K.
