The diffusion of H was investigated, at temperatures of between 260 and 1000K, by using electrochemical and gas-phase permeation techniques. The temperature dependence of the diffusivity could be described by:

D (m2/s) = 9.0 x 10-7 exp[-43.5(kJ/mol)/RT]
