The diffusion of H in pure liquid Fe was monitored by using a new gas-absorption method. The results, for temperatures ranging from 1550 to 1720C, could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 2.57 x 10-3 exp[-4.1(kcal/mol)/RT]
