An analysis of D permeation rates, through stainless steel membranes (51 or 127μ thick) at 10-4 to 0.1Pa and 650 to 1050K, showed that the diffusivity could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 3.5 x 10-4 exp[-5100/T]
