A study was made of the diffusion of H in single crystals by performing measurements of the desorption kinetics of gas-saturated crystals. The results, at 350 to 500C, could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = 3.3 x 10-7 exp[-0.27(eV)/kT]
It was concluded that H was dissolved in molecular form.
