Measurements were made of the diffusion of radioactive 133Xe in single crystals. At 150 to 400C, the diffusion could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 0.57 exp[-1.01(eV)/kT]

The best linear fits to the solute diffusion data ([407] to [411], [418] to [422]) yield:

Cs: Ln[Do] = 0.60E – 18.3 (R2 = 0.995); Xe: Ln[Do] = 0.32E – 7.8 (R2 = 0.70)
