Measurements of the proton nuclear magnetic resonance line-width and spin-lattice relaxation time were performed at 100 to 300K, and were used to evaluate the parameters for H self-diffusion in Ni5LaHx, where x ranged from 6.6 to 6.2. It was found that the results could be described by:
