A study was made of the diffusion of H in Ni-4.4at%V single crystals by using a permeation time-lag technique at temperatures of 178 to 460C and H pressures of 77 to 428torr. The results obeyed:

D (cm2/s) = 7.1 x 10-3 exp[-10.10(kcal/g-atom)/RT]
