The proton spin-lattice relaxation times and magnetic susceptibility were measured in nano-crystalline PdH0.037, with an average grain size of 19nm, at 164 to 345K and from 78 to 293K, respectively. The results were consistent with the assumption of a highly inhomogeneous H distribution, with most of the H atoms being located in grain boundary regions. In these regions, the mobility of H atoms was found to be considerably higher than that in coarse-grained Pd.
