A study was made of the H permeability of several alloys at various hydrostatic pressures. It was found that pressures of up to 200atm increased the H permeability of the alloys. In the case of Pd-10Ag-5.5Ni, the activation energy for permeation at temperatures of 250 to 500C and pressures of 37 to 200atm, was equal to 3.3kcal/mol.
