Technical-grade Ti-5Al-2.5%Sn rods were exposed to a H atmosphere which contained 25mol%T. After annealing (70C, 1 to 6 months), the non-steady state T concentration profiles within the exposed rods were determined by means of liquid scintillation analysis of coaxial shavings from the rods. The results yielded diffusivities which ranged from 5.97 x 10-10 to 9.00 x 10-11cm2/s.
