The diffusion of Mn2+ ions in single crystals was studied. The results for temperatures of 200 to 300C could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 1.45 x 10-2 exp[-0.90(eV)/kT]

The results for temperatures of 300 to 415C could be described by:

D (cm2/s) = 9 exp[-1.24(eV)/kT]
