A study was made of the diffusivity of Sr2+ ions in material which was doped with various concentrations of impurities. By assuming that the saturation limit of the diffusivity was a function of the impurity doping, the activation enthalpies for solute migration and solute-vacancy association were estimated to be 0.38 and 0.12eV, respectively.
