Single crystals were sealed into ampoules and, after diffusion annealing, large cleaved sections were analyzed for Li by means of flame emission spectroscopy. Diffusion data (table 67) were obtained from the concentration profiles. The data for temperatures ranging from 601 to 687C indicated an activation energy of 1.52eV.
